Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and most major credit cards. You may send your credit card information via the internet, phone, fax, snail mail or we will phone you for the details. On line credit card secure purchasing is available. All other options will remain available. All payments will be cleared prior to dispatch, cheque payments may delay the delivery times due to the time it takes to clear this type of payment.

Shipping And Handling We undertake to advise you of all shipping and postal charges if requested to do so prior to dispatch and give you the option to cancel.

We further undertake to advise you if we feel that the shipping cost of an item is more than we would expect.

All returns will be monitored and customers informed of progress

Full credit will be given for returned items less the original shipping cost, unless the item is returned because of damage..
Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order right away. You will normally recieve your order to you in 7 to 10 days working days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days days.
If we belive there is going to be a delay over and above this time scale we will advise you and give you the option to cancel.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

All taxes outside the UK mainland must be discharged by the customer.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit card information is removed from our computer on receipt of an order.

We regret that we are unable to deliver goods to an address other than the prime card holders address we confirm card holders addresses with the card issuing company.

This cost must be born by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing with Kerry Paul Jewellers. When the forgoing conditions are complied with Kerry Paul Jewellers undertake to make a full refund of the original amount paid normaly within 24 hours from the date we recieve the item back but not later than 30 days from the date of canellation The form of re-payment used will be the same type as the original i.e. refund to the original credit or debit card.

We must be advised of returns before they are sent.

We will refund all costs if the fault is ours and you comply as above.
